Joe M. Supple
Joe is the founding member of Supple Law Office and is well known for his expertise in business workouts, bankruptcy reorganization, and consumer protection. Joe earned a degree in accounting from Marshall University in 1995 and is a Certified Public Accountant. Joe received his law degree from West Virginia University in 1999. After law school, Joe was employed by Ohio Valley Bank as in-house counsel, and from April 2000 to October 2002, served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Ronald G. Pearson, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Joe entered private practice in 2002. His focus remains in the areas of bankruptcy, creditor workouts, financial reorganization, and commercial litigation.

Joe is active as the President-Elect of the Point Pleasant Rotary Club and a member of the Mason County Republican Executive Board.  He serves on the Mason County Community Foundation Fund Development Committee, Point Pleasant in Bloom Environmental Awareness Committee and is a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. During his free time, Joe enjoys hunting, fly-fishing, and playing outside with his wife, Cary, and their son, Benjamin. 

 

Cary Beth Supple
Cary Beth Shinn Supple is the managing partner of Supple Law Office. Before obtaining her law degree, Cary attended both West Virginia University and Marshall University. She was graduated with Bachelors and Masters degrees in Mathematics and Elementary Education respectively. After teaching public school for a few years, Cary decided to go on to law school at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. While there, Cary focused her studies on school and education legal issues; and consequently, she completed an externship with the Columbus Public Schools legal department.

Cary Beth is licensed to practice law in Ohio, West Virginia, and the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.  She is a past President of the Mason County Bar Association and, in addition, is a member of both the ABA and the Ohio State Bar Association. Cary works mostly in areas of consumer protection, credit settlements, real estate, bankruptcy, estate planning, estate administration, and taxation.
 
In her free time, Cary Beth maintains a staff position with Trinity United Methodist Church as their Family Activity Director.  And in addition to being on the Board of Directors for the Mason County Area Chamber of Commerce, she also participates as President for Point Pleasant in Bloom; Chairman of the Mason County Young Republicans; member of Lion's Club International; and member of the Pi Beta Phi Alumni Club. She also volunteers her time with the Mason County Board of Education's Comprehesive Educational Facilities Financial Planning Committee. Cary enjoys gardening, golfing, traveling, and spending time with Joe and their one-year-old son, Ben.

Brandi R. Templeton
 
Being a lifelong resident of Mason County, Brandi graduated from Point Pleasant High School in 1992 and went on to pursue a Legal Assisting degree from Marshall University. After graduating from Marshall, Brandi obtained employment with Goldberg, Persky, Jennings, White & Hostler, Attorneys at Law, located in Huntington, West Virginia. Brandi's work at Goldberg, Persky focused in Asbestos Litigation, Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability. After taking 3 years off to be a stay at home mom, Brandi returned to the workforce at the law office of J. T. Meisel in Huntington, West Virginia. While there, Brandi worked in areas of Bankruptcy, Social Security Disability, and Social Security Income. After again leaving the workforce to enjoy motherhood, Brandi chose to resume her legal career with Supple Law Office. Brandi currently works in areas of Social Security, Bankruptcy, Financial Reorganization, Title Work, and Estate Planning.

Brandi was a part-time Instructor for Marshall University Community and Technical College from 2002 through 2005 teaching Introduction into Paralegalism, and is currently a member of the Advisory Board Committee for the Marshall University Legal Assisting Program.
 
All of Brandi's free time is spent with her husband Terry and two daughters, Kelsey and Lindsey. Brandi is a member of Ashton Baptist Church where she attends with her family.
